I bought my house 2023, when a I moved in the yard was in this conduction (picture 1).
January 2024 was the kickoff, I hired some guys to cut the trees, from then it was a solo project.
May 2024 was done. Just minor task like clean remain pending.
2025 still looks nice.

Yard looks great! Though it would have been cool to keep the two trees and put a hammock in between. Also would have been nice for shade in the summer.
I’m biased as I have new construction and would kill for some mature trees.
dude… you won. Beautiful. You going to plant any trees for shade? If the ones you cut down were Bradford pears good riddance.
