Probably the wrong sub, I’ve asked on a few other subs and had 0 response. These were tag alongs in some pleiospilos simulans that I bought. The chunky tubular growth was buried before this is the second time I’ve pulled it up and exposed more of the plant, and it’s exploded with more growth. Am I just growing a weed or something lol, Any ideas?

also agree with talinum. cool caudiciform potential, but ime can be weedy in collections especially in more tropical areas. they loved the really hot and humid greenhouses i used to work at. once those tuberous roots get established pulling them up is difficult
