This plant is a somatic mutation of Echeveria lilacina, that originated here in Brazil. Since it was so readily avaible for us, it was pretty much always affordable, while in Europe it was quite expensive.

Yours looks surprisingly blue here? I also got one via asian trade last year, but luckily also for relatively cheap ($5 dollars or someting).
Another interesting fact – are you familiar with Graptoveria ‘Star Fire’ by Suculentia in Spain? I’m pretty sure it’s a hybrid with Crispate Beauty. And I’ve also seen other hybrids with Crispate Beauty as a parent, and it seems they all have this strange appendage-like leaf margins.
