  1. HAD A RATTLESNAKE IN DEWBERRY AREA. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH VINING BERRIES AS WELL AS SQUASH AND WATERMELON AREAS

JESS, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BRINGING THE SNAKE POTENTIAL TO EVERYONES ATTION. I HAD SANDLES IN IN MY WATERMELON PATCH AND GOT A BIG SUPRIZE WITH A COPERHEAD. DIDNT KNOW THAT WAS A THING

  2. Squash bugs are horrible for us too, so I only grown ZUCCHINO RAMPICANTE from baker creek, picked young it’s like summer squash, left on it becomes winter squash and has stored very well for us. The plants are soooooo prolific too and because I trellis them😊

  3. So, love all the videos i finally got my garden mats down and grow bags full of dirt still need to wait for putting in garden yet

  4. Soooo, maybe you could sell some of those seeds to your lovely viewers who also battle those dang bugs! 😁
    Sign my up!

  5. Soooo, you could ask your handy hubby to build you one of those things that hold your boots upside down (so you dont get bugs in them) and mount it in the high tunnel adjacent to the sprawling area and leave a pair out there for your tromps thru the jungle.

  6. My procrastination pumpkins were born on my deck, by sprouting out from a rotting ornamental I'd left until spring. Variety unknown, at least some were tough enough to survive deer teeth. I displayed them proudly, scars and all. I don't remember saving their seeds.☹️

  7. Jess, thank you very much for making daily content in your videos. I really enjoy your daily content that you provide to your fans and I love what you put out there day after day after day because it makes me happy to see you happy when you get another video completed. You make me happy because again I will say I have been with you since day one. When you put out your first video on YouTube, you have learned your trait of the art of video making very well. Congratulations Jess and Maya for the wonderful videos you make, keep up the good work! Jessica 😁☕🍵🥕♥️🥒🫘🫜💙🍎🌶️🍅🍓🍓💜🫛🥦💛🫑🥬🍆💚🍄‍🟫🧅🖤🍠🩵🧄🍐🍉🍑🍏🫐

  8. Speaking of volunteers…I haven’t had to plant ground cherries in the last four years but have to pull them out like weeds in certain areas! But still get an outstanding harvest.

  9. I am so jealous when I see how far along your gardens are. I still have my tomatoes and peppers inside waiting. Onions are outside but that's all at this time Love the vids!

  10. Could you do a video over how you store vegetables over winter like the pumpkins, squash, onions, garlic etc. thank you 😊

  11. I just found and about to binge your devotional and Bible study playlist! So glad i fought it , it is definitely one of your many gifts ❤🙏

  12. Bear peeing in the background 😂😂😂 I swear the dogs wait until we are recording to do the embarrassing things 😂

  13. I love your silver streaks of hair! I stopped putting dye on my hair about 6 years ago and since I have a little bit of red in my hair naturally, my grey is more blonde! The whole top of my head is blonde/grey and the rest is brown.😂

  14. Anyone have some recipes that get their small children to eat winter squash? My husband and I like mashed with butter and salt and pepper but our kids gag at it. We have a lot of tromboncino still!

    Thanks so much!

  15. Weed at 1:47….if it's sticky I believe it is Catch-weed bedstraw or can be called cleavers or sticky-weed (Galium aparine). Shallow rooted,. Apparently has medicinal purposes…..for me it's a pain in the neck to get rid off 😁. You can rake it and twist the rake so it sticks to itself into a ball. Easily breaks off from the roots so can be challenging to get it all. Mulching allegedly helps so it doesn't reseed.

  16. Love, love, love seeing your hair the beautiful color it's turning. It's so attractive on you, and also seeing you every day is such a wonderful motivation to get out in my own garden and get to work! One thing I was thinking about for you, could you keep an extra pair of boots in your high tunnel? Then you wouldn't have to go all the way back to your house for them, but you'd still have boots in reach for harvesting. An idea…Thank you so much for these videos, Jess.💚

  17. There’s an art to the cleverness of scrounging. Whether finding seeds where you can or hobbling together a trellis from old bamboo poles and mish mash pieces of fencing. Well done my friend!

  18. Have u ever tried insect row covers on the squash/ summer squash plants? Keep it on till the plants are big and healthy. Then remove them from row covers for the bees to pollinate. This gives them time to get big and robust before they are attacked

  19. It is truly amazing how fast the weather goes from cool to warm, and how green everything turns with a couple warm rains. I swear we wen from brown and frozen to need to cut the grass in a week. Love seeing your garden coming into abundance. Thanks for the daily content and the honesty about sometimes you just have to work, and sometimes you procrastinate a little too long.

  20. Thanks for sharing! We have found 28 volunteer tomato plants in a garden area that has not seen tomatoes since 2023. Then, more tomato plant volunteers in the upper raised bed garden beds which have never seen tomato plants. Amazing! He knows better than we do. We share with the neighbors, the youngest of which is 70 years old and take some to the hospital to share with co-workers. My husband said not to move any of the volunteers. He plans to Florida weave and bamboo stake the ones with no cattle panel trellis system in sight. He has his work cut out for him. Also volunteer pole beans, mustards, herbs, etc. Can't wait to see what varieties emerge!

  21. Jesse, I would like to see the end result of your garden where you and Miae were about to set up with tin beds . You did mention something about a gate and school.

  22. Hi Jess, how do you fix your okra? i watch your cooking videos, can you maybe have something on ways to make Okra plz?☺☺☺

  23. Sound like some good planning. Have never eaten okra. What do they taste like? Want to grow pumpkins and watermelon. Did plant some baby bush watermelons and hope they grow where I put them. Pumpkins am worried the squirrels will get to them. Hearts and Flowers coming your way.❤️💐
