That is very indirect sunlight based on what I can see

If they haven’t been in those pots very long, they may be putting all their energy into building up the root systems first– especially the pothos.

    – How long have you had them? Where did you get them? – Are they newly potted? Have you seen the roots?
    – What direction is that window facing?
    – What hemisphere do you live in?

Not enough light and the pots may be too big. Plants might be focusing all their energy growing roots to fill the pot. Try planting in pots that are only a little bigger than the root ball

Pots are way too large, they’re going to focus on root growth before foliage. Too large a pot is also good way to encourage root rot.

As others said, the light also doesn’t seem the best here.

They’re focusing on root growth. If you want them to thrive, put them in a pot that is 1, maybe 2 in wider than their root balls.

What is the timeframe of them not growing? Plants grow relatively slowly, they grow even slower under less than ideal circumstances. they need to develop their roots as well, so there might be progress and it’s just not visible

Some of those pots are too big for the plant. Pothos for example likes to have snug roots so it will grow roots first before growing foliage. Tradescantia the same, likes snug roots.

Just fyi, I see a lot of people are saying that the plant is going to grow roots because it’s in a big pot. It’s simply not true, plants grow the roots they need to support foliage. If the plant is getting proper light and water the roots and foliage will both grow.

If they’re healthy above ground and no change, they’re growing below the surface where you can’t see it.
I have 2 Hoyas that are coming around to a year in ownership and both just lengthened their branches. Every growth has a season.

That pothos is very small, I’d believe this is a good example of growth below the dirt before anything can happen above. Unless you established an amazing root system before potting.
