I moved this cox apple tree a few months ago, it didn't like the prevailing west wind at our back, and I have only ever had one apple off it, hopefully I will get more this year.
It’s a grease/glue trap, for critters that climb up the tree from the soil, the sticky strips are awful to apply, you always end up the sticky stuff all over and it’s terrible to remove. The upside, they do work.
