It looks like euphorbia. I don’t think it will cause structural damage, but you could try relocating it if you don’t want it there.

It’s a euphorbia they can get quite big so it’s not in the best spot. I’d remove it or move it.

Definitely Euphorbia. I have them all over my garden. It won’t hurt to leave it where it is

I think it’s some sort of euphorbia, possibly wood spurge. Unlikely to cause structural damage, but the sap is pretty toxic and you reeeeeally don’t want to get it in your eyes. I’d remove it, personally, wearing gloves and eye protection.
