At some point it looks like it was getting more water than every two weeks.

I guess it falls over because of the watering. It’s too wet. Let it dry out between watering.
Mine also loose their bottom leaves when they stay too wet.

Don’t water it too much! They’re forgiving plants usually but I would stop the watering. She’s probably searching for light too. Just ignore her! She’ll be fine.
You can also cut it and propagate it in another (dry) vase, or just propagate some leaves.

The soil is still a bit dense. I would mix more pumice in and wait until the leaves feel less firm rather than watering on a schedule.
