ID Don’t like this lawn grass


Please tell me what this grass is. It’s on my neighbours. I pull it up on mine because it grows faster and it takes over. It make the grass uneven and has a harder feel to it at the base and longer roots it seems and grows a little clumpier for lack of a better term. For that matter what type of grass is the rest (The kind I like)

    I think this is annual ryegrass but take that with a grain of salt. Still getting better at IDs
