I got this cute little plant a few days ago and I want to make sure I do everything right so that it will stay alive!
I’m a bit worried because the ends of its arms are curling which I read means it’s too dry? But I’m also worried about over watering it because I’ve killed cacti that way before. Speaking of its arms, it has lost two or three bottom ones since I got it. They just fell off – I think that might have been damage incurred during transport though.
I was also wondering if I should keep it in that glass sphere I got it in? Like, if I make sure it’s dry before putting it back in would that be ok? Or does it not provide enough circulation?
Final question: what does ‘indirect sunlight’ even mean? If I have it in a bright room but not directly in front of the window, is that ok? Is it ok if the spot I keep it in gets hit by sunlight once a day for half an hour?

Bonus question: what kind of air plant is it?
