My neediest babies live in my bathroom. Not sure if these are gonna pull through but I’m hoping!

Why do I feel there is someone in the background with a gown and mask on just waiting to shout “Clear!”?

This philodendron micans was only the sad plant on the left with the pinkish leaves when I first got her. One year later and her offshoot is THRIVING. You would’ve never even guessed this plant was a Micans when I first got it. Really wish I had a pic before. Anyways she seems to be doing well now. Won’t be long before I cut her again and prop some more cuttings for new plants 🙂

I’m about to do that to one of my jade plants. It has gotten too tall, so I am going to create lots of little ones to give away.

My ponytail palm has had it rough – I was so excited about the new growth finally sprouting after a couple months of *nothing* (had to prune her an insane amount after a major disease), then I get home last week to my pot upside down on the floor, and the sprout gone… my cats just don’t want me to be happy man 🤦‍♀️😭

    Soooo we’re restarting… *again*. Wish me luck y’all 🥹

I care for the plants at my library. Until a month or so ago, we had four tall, beautiful spider plants. They they just collapsed. I watered them, I stopped watering, I cut the pups off. Finally, I removed them from their pots, divided them, trimmed the roots, and trimmed the foliage down. And now I have about 20 small new spider plants showing signs of life. We’ll see where this goes.
