  1. It seems you have a great reason to have a glass of tea with honey. Or something a little stronger for your voice of course. I get a little groggy occasionally but I rarely have any other symptoms. It’s kinda weird to me how it happens.

  2. Hi Laura, just wondering, now that you have more than 10 acres of property how to manage the weeds? I know from before when only have your original property you divide your area into 5 and work each section one day a week. Do you still do the same thing or is it Bethany and Paul doing all the weeding chores? Love watching your show. I’ve been an avid follower since you started back in 2016 and you help me a lot during one of the hardest part of my life. And I met you in Philly during a long time ago during its garden and flower show.

  4. Feel better Laura ❤ Hoping we'll get a little tutorial on how to shorn the boxwoods. Especially into a cone !

  5. I think mom's, especially who go 100 MPH, do need to slow down some. I was the same way when younger. But now my body and mind tells me to slow down in retirement! A pop of red? Well a coral red color, you just may be giving in a bit like those of us who love red!!! And love when you go around the corner and say, "Hey Chicken"! 😅 Although Hilda is a nice chickens name! Hope the voice is better soon after a nice cup of hot tea&honey and rest!❤

  6. Laura, you have helped me understand how to structure a garden, more than anyone else I have watched over the years. Thank you. Since I am a happy go lucky, accidental and joyful gardner, I enjoy your expertise in gardening. You and your sweet family bring me a lot of smiles and joy. Take good care of yourself, you are a blessing to many. One of my favorite sayings for a gardner that I came across a few month ago is, "And into the garden I go to lose my mind and find my soul." 😊

  7. Laura, loves the pop of red blooms peeking out along the side path way.
Please take care of yourself self. We will be here if you need more time.

  8. Laura, are you at all concerned about inhaling all the dust from the wind plus all the frrtilizer you spread. They could affect your throat.

  9. Yes, I have been noticing a change in your voice, it is deeper. I hope you aren’t coming down with something. Take care of yourself! Possibly see a doctor for a checkup, like an ENT specialist.

  10. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is right now. Love that you're doing this. We need more trees!! 🌲🌳💚

  11. Hope your well again ! 🙏 my husband and I recently discovered Starbucks medicine ball , I googled a copycat recipe and make my own wished I could have given you a hot cup through the screen 😅.

  12. You do sound like you are getting sick, it is ok to rest, we will all wait for you to feel better. Samantha tends to follow you around, she looks like her MAMMA, I can tell that Benjamin wants to help you, he is so adorable when he helps you, although I did not see him today. Feel better soon.

  13. Japanese Beetles can strip a whole linden tree in weeks, they were devastating when they first arrived in Nebraska .. still troubling. It looks like they are moving into parts of Oregon now .. take care !

  16. Hi Laura and Aaron …you two are starting a tree planting trend that is not only inspiring but also educational. I have a list of 🌲 to plant for our new house in central Oregon and thanks you, I now know how to plant a tree( up high not low – thank you Aaron😊) . I love the sweet violas ~ can I direct seed them around the garden as I don’t have any currently growing.?Laura , I hope you are feeling better and wanted to let you know ( and our GA family ) about Alkalol for your throat. ( you could carry that in your store) We use it to gargle with when we have a sore throat or mouth sores from a cold ~ it literally gets rid of your sore throat overnight ! I’ve been using it a lot since moving up to Oregon, as I’m not used to the drier weather and I was losing my voice too! It’s an all natural nasal solvent/ and mouthwash that works wonders. Take care and hope you were able rest . 🌻💛🌻

  17. Those Dolce Spearmint heucera was a PERFECT placement. Exactly what that space needed. I absolutely love the violas in the gravel. So pretty! Honey in a hot tea usually helps my throat.

  18. Hi, Laura! I’ve been following you guys for a couple of years now, and you have inspired me to start my own gardens. Have you ever considered doing design consultations or something similar? I can’t tell you how many times I buy plants and try to imitate the style/feel of your gardens, but it NEVER ends up looking right.

  19. Love this video. Community minded projects are what life is all about.
I’m curious at 7:48 on the left. Are the Purple blooms from the iris?!?!?!

  20. It sounds like you need one of your tinctures for your throat. Aaron might have to step in front of the camera for a couple of days, or post another one of his fabulous drone videos of a fly-over tour, like the beautiful winter one that went above the clouds 😍 Take care Laura ❣️
