I believe this is a Euphorbia Enopla (correct me if i’m wrong) and it looks pretty terrible in comparison to pictures i see online. I haven’t been a good plant caretaker but i recently decided that i should put as much effort into it as possible. I bought this around three years ago and as far as watering goes, i believe i’m more of an underwaterer, though someone in my family may have watered this when i didn’t know. Trying to figure out why it looks so misty and dry, and if it’s salvagable?

Is that in the same soil as the Coleus? If so, that will hold moisture way longer than Euphorbia like.
I would suggest checking roots.
