I’ve had this guy for over a year and have been noticing these dry patches. It stays outdoors when it’s nice out and when it’s not I keep it by the window. I water it occasionally but don’t really have a schedule. Can anyone give some advice?

Well, we’re all going to die eventually… I don’t think this guy’s time is up though. I have several similar snake plants with calloused over spots like that that have been there for several years. The spots don’t heal but if it isn’t spreading or getting worse I wouldn’t worry.
