I just bought this from the nursery i work at, my boss says she was repotted at least a year ago and hes been neglecting her a bit. how should i prune (if at all) and is there any way to make her closer together because i dont have as much room as i thought i would.

what kind of water do you give it, and lighting conditions? I find it’s a kind of calathea that will take a lot of abuse

It looks like it needs more humidity. My calathea loves the humidifier, but I also live in a drier climate.

my calathea warscewiczii has those crispy parts on its new leaves, i mist her every 2 days. i assume these plants need A LOT of humidity in order to look healthy. So humidifier and misting is needed. 🙂
