I have the opposite problem.
Every time I step outside, my newly retired neighbor, almost immediately, asks what I am doing, why I am doing it, and what benefit it has to the yard.
I now find myself, seeing home outside, immediately ask what he is doing, why, and how it will benefit the yard.
We always joke that the side of the yard we share is the nicest turf this side of the Mississippi.
