Wait for the roots to settle before you give them any water. At least two weeks. And also plant them so that they can get some good airflow under the bottom leaves – raise them to be on the same level as the rim of the pots, otherwise they stand a good chance of rotting soon. Barky / organic soil like this is generally not so good either because it doesn’t dry out fast enough. Consider a cactus mix (more mineral / sandy substrate).
