She just looks thirsty to me. Mine started looking pretty similar when I forgot to water her more after winter was over 😅

Looks over watered to me.
However, your pictures don’t show clear close ups of the leaves so I can’t rule out a secondary pest problem like thrips.
Like the other comment says, your soil looks super wet but the leaves look dehydrated so most likely the roots rotted away and now water can’t be absorbed.
You’re going to need to examine the roots and cut away (with sterilized scissors) any mushy roots, then repot in fresh soil. Or you can propagate through cuttings
Edit: The new close up image in the comment section shows scale. So this is a pest problem

Remove the monstera bondage and look up how to properly attach it to a pole. You have petioles strapped down that will kill those leaves
