I just moved to a new house and want to keep this big cactus, used google lens to identify it as I know nothing about plants and it seems to be an Euphorbia but don’t know exactly the variety!
The cactus seems to have some marks, I’m thinking that maybe it has some type of fungus or plague.
I’d appreciate some help, thanks in advance.

Looks like rot. You need the water to drain.And not have it super wet. The pot you have holds water at the bottom. Don’t water it until the soils is dry
I think it’s euphorbia ammak. Maybe
