I found these bugs on my showy milkweed, and I'm not sure if this is a problem. The white pearls kinda look like monarch eggs? In the second photo, you can see one in the background as well. But the green specks don't look like caterpillars. Maybe they're aphids?

Is this a problem? Obviously, if these are eggs, and also problem aphids, I don't want to use pesticides, so what's the best way to get rid of the not eggs?

This lives outside in the California sun (bay area), and get morning/afternoon south/southwest sun, and I water when dry, about every 1-2 weeks right now

I think they’re butterfly eggs! Not an expert but I believe that’s how they look. I’ve been wanting crown flowers to make leis and have butterflies!!! I’m excited for you and low key jealous lol…But I know they can destroy the leaves pretty quick. Not sure how to remove them though safely

the green ones are for suuuure aphids. I often hear to use neem oil. But you could also go for the most biological way I can think of: “Beneficial insects”. Like ladybugs.

The green things are aphids, I don’t know what the white thing is. I would just leave it alone and see what happens. Outdoor plants often get aphids and I’ve never known it to kill them.
