Please forgive the weeds. First one is a dark green ?bulb coming up, it's next to some small alliums, did I plant a large allium here as well?

Second one is under the bird feeder so probably random seeds. Could it be Great forget-me-not, and if so is it ok to leave it right next to lupins?

    I would say the first one is a tulip and the second is a variety of lamium. It’s a low-growing, spreading plant so it won’t compete with the Lupin. IMHO part of the joy of gardening is watching plants grow and wondering what on earth it is! 🤣

    1st allium, Second is a form of ornamental dead nettle, a great ground cover plant, especially for shady areas.
