I saw it on someone's front garden and think it's lovely. The buds are so cool. I'd love to have some in my garden.

    They reproduce very easily. I had one two years ago and have potted up about 10 new plants from it.

    Definitely Centaurea – cornflower. Not a weed. Unless you don’t want it there.

    Centaurea – I love them! I keep trying to get the ‘amethyst in snow’ variety (flowers are white with purple centres) but I seem to be cursed…

    Seriously I am going to run out of space and what do I do then? There is only so much lawn the husband will let me steal for flower beds and my back garden is not big! I already have my eye on the front lawn too…

    Centaurea (perennial cornflower).
    You can get some plug plants & they should Flower this year.

    People always warn me that these spread quickly.
    Good.
    The bees adore them.
