  1. All the things you do are fun and interesting to watch. I do miss your devotional videos, so more of them would be awesome!

  2. My favorite crochet channels are Jayda inStitches, Bag-o-day, Fiber Spider, Roselikescrochet B, The Crochet Crowd, Combat Crochet …. To name a few. So many good ones out there.

  3. As a knitter and lover of fiber arts, I love seeing your crochet projects! As others have mentioned, I think most of us just find you and your family enjoyable regardless of what you're doing. <3

  4. I like videos about creating. I have trying to teach myself macrame this past winter and got into watching videos about that. I have created a few wall hangings and a few Christmas ornaments so far. I find it challenging and satisfyingly simple.

  5. Jess, I'll watch every vlog you put out, no matter what it's about. I've been following you for about 5 yrs so I ain't goin' no where…lol!

  6. Yes like hearing all the different stuff. It’s life, real life. No need to yeah just enjoy seeing what’s up, hearing the kids chime in, picking stuff in the garden, etc. ❤

  7. I love your videos on anything you do. I only have chickens but still love seeing about the goats, cows, horses, etc. While I do not crochet, I still love seeing it. Crochet is on my bucket list to learn. Sewing was my thing – when I was a kid, I loved watching my grandmother sewing on her treadle machine. I used to make costumes for my 2 youngest when they did theater and dance.
Please do show your crocheting or any other crafts. I love watching how to do things.

  8. I watch current events at a high level, just to keep in touch with what's going on. I don't go deep into disappointing news unless it's important that I know it.
Even then, I have to step back once in a while.

  9. To to funny,,,,as I sit here watching your video I picked up a pair of mittens I am making(the world's simplest mittens )is the pattern
So yes please include what fibre art you are working on

  10. I love to watch all the things. I am a crocheter and watch many yarny podcasters. Some of my favorites are Bag-O-Day (Crystal), YarnJoy Podcast (Terri), The Crafty Nomad (Kim), I could go on and on. I found your channel through Nick Freitas and have been loving everything about it, you and your family. The variety of things y'all do, the love y'all share, the honesty and kindness that eminates from your entire family is refreshing. I would love to see snippets of other things that you and your family enjoy.

  11. My aunt taught me how to crochet while we were sitting under a shade tree on the family farm … share what you love to do – I love when your passion for whatever you are doing shines through. It is infectious and inspiring!

  12. I enjoy sharing in all the aspects of your life that you feel comfortable to share. Those colors of your blanket are beautiful! I love goats! Chickens! Cows! Your family! And, especially, your gardening, harvesting, cooking! I bless you, Jess.

  13. As other's have said, just include as it happens…..do what makes your heart go pitter patter and then just get atter! You are doing great thus far!

  14. Bought your book yesterday and it just came in the mail! I’ve got so much to learn, but every adventure has to start somewhere🌾 thanks for all you are doing!

  15. Love the crochet! I have always wanted to learn! I’ve been watching the Lori Holt videos on granny squares and granny circles! I’m gonna do it, someday! (Soon) Whatever you post, I’ll watch! 😊

  16. I love seeing your projects, even though I’m not planning on taking up crocheting anytime soon! I also love watching you with your goats even though I can’t see myself getting goats at any point. Just do you boo!

  17. I like how you share. I like you sharing as your day happens and what projects you get into. If you started a whole other channel, then you would have to schedule more, edit more and keep up with more content. Keep it simple. ❤

  18. love hearing about your crochet projects…and your writing and music too.i used to crochet as a young girl but have not gotten to do it since. i draw and do music and write to survive

  19. I love watching the chaos on the farm. I'm a fiber nut, so I'm all for seeing what other fiber nuts are up to. While I do crochet, I mostly knit and spin. Though lately, I've spun more yarn than I have managed to actually use. It's just so soft and squishy and very pretty! I do love learning new techniques, so that determines what kind of project I'm doing at any given time. But yes, share what you're doing!

As for my favorite crochet channel on YouTube, I don't really watch much crochet related videos. But I do enjoy the Creative Grandma. She's a delight to listen to. Most of the time I'm watching spinning related channels though. I love seeing the way others fill up their blending boards and then spin it. It's a great inspiration for my little spinning heart!

  20. I agree with many others, love to see what you’re up to, but not if it’s spreading yourself too thin. We love ya, love that you share your life either way us, but want you to be mindful/kind to yourself and family ❣️

P.S. I’m going to my first fiber fair tomorrow and taking one of their raw fiber prep classes… I’M SOOOOO EXCITED!!!

  21. My beautiful sister Linda used to crochet. She made me a blanket once. She is now deceased, and I miss her terribly. No, I am not going to take up crocheting, but whatever you want to put on your channel little Jess, I will watch. You answered a question I had the other day and I so appreciated it. It was about the garden. I'm not the best, but I keep watching you and I keep on trying. This could be the year for me!!!!!

  22. Being a quilter myself, I really enjoy seeing others creative projects. I enjoy crocheting but I know one stitch and it makes me happy to do that one stitch. I think my friend calls it a double crochet.

  23. I love crafty things. To me, that is a huge part of the homestead life. So, you doing tutorials about crocheting and other crafting things would be part of your channel.

  24. I remember going to a birthday party when I was very young. The only guests were by brother and I. I think we either walked or rode our bikes. At some point our birthday boys mother and grandmother sat me down with yarn and needles. They tried to teach me how to knit!
I've never really delved into that, but you talking about it brought back that faded memory. Thank you Jess for keeping things real.
    Blessings to you😘💞
