I moved this from an 8 inch to a 10 inch pot in the fall and now I’m wondering if it needs to move to something bigger? Also curious if I should propagate or leave as is. One side is really thriving while the other is still putting out smaller leaves. Also feel free to share any other thoughts this is my first semi-successful (thus far) plant experience and I don’t want to screw it up! Thank you!! (Fly traps because of a gnat problem that I think is finally resolved)
Additional info:
Typically water once every week or every other week in the winter and every week in the spring and summer. Gets good light in spring and summer and I supplement with some lamps in the winter. I’m slightly concerned that the soil doesn’t drain well enough but also wasn’t sure if the recent dampness of the soil was due to winter/less sun and new, bigger pot. I usually use a moisture meter before watering. I haven’t watered in a little over a week because I was drying it out after the gnats. If I should repot I thought this might be a good time to clean out the gnats and add a little more drainage to the soil.

Honestly, she looks pretty happy. You just repotted… you have new growth I see in the photos, no yellowing or brown crispy leaves. I say let her be. Repot every 2-3 years, or if you see a lack of growth or yellowing/crispy leaves. 🖤
