It had been doing fine for over a year but it suddenly developed the symptoms shown in the photos.

Image 1-4: leaves from old to young. Image 5: Curling leaf

Observations:

The older leaves are only slightly affected while the newer ones are highly affected.

The leaves are curling slightly.

What could be the problem?

Thanks

Either it is getting too much sunlight or some sort of deficiency.

Odd question but she looks to be on a coffee table, has she been in direct airflow from any AC?

When you observe the photos you can occasionally see what looks like little grains of rice on your leaves.
Have you inspected these? This could be thrips larva.
A terrible pest to deal with.

100% thrips infestation. And a bad one too. Learn the symptoms (very slight discolouration at first) and learn what they look like so next time you can understand quicker and possibly fight the infestation. But this plant is past saving, in my opinion.

Be careful because thrips ‘fly’ to other plants.

Can you take some clear close ups of the leaves on the top and underside? Look for any bugs if you can see them.
