My understanding of ferns is that they like to be kept moist. This pot has drainage, I’m bottom watering about once every week or ten days. It was repotted about three weeks ago. It’s been shedding leaves like CRAZY since then. Is it just shock???
It gets bright indirect light for 6 hours a day.

Just looks like a pretty healthy fern? It’s a plant, doesn’t need to be perfect
I water mine from the top every 3-4 days. In a plastic pot so it doesn’t dry out.
Maybe it needs humidity. Their leaves are so dramatic lol.
Ferns can be dramatic. I have good luck with filtered light and as much moisture as you can get. I have a humidifier I point at mine and a towel underneath to catch the drips. Even then it drops leaves
Ferns like bright, indirect lightand should be closer to the window.
They also like high humidity. There’s a few things you can do to increase the humidity.
1. Humidifier. A bigger one for the room or they sell mini ones you can put right next to the plant.
2. Pebble tray. Get a deep saucer and fill it with pebbles and water. The pebbles hold the pot up and out of the water, so the roots of the plant aren’t sitting in the water. That would be bad for most plants. The water will evaporate, increasing humidity and creating a micro-climate around your plant.
3. Misting. Full a spray bottle with water and mist your plant several times a day. This is the least effective because it is hard to maintain proper humidity levels.
They sell small digital temperature/humidity thermometers if you want to measure your levels.
Also, plants go through a lot of stress when being moved to a new location/environment before they settle in. That could be part or all of the cause of the leaf drop, too.
Did you repot it? If not, don’t. If yes, it needed a peat based soil. It likes a more acidic ph balance to the soil. You can also amend the soil with an acidic type fertilizer you add to the water. Just a few drops or granules. It’s a beautiful Boston Fern. They are generally the easiest fern to grow.
I grew mine in a northwestern exposure window. Some sun, not a lot. Be consistent when watering. Try not to forget.
