I am not an expert nor do I have any suggestions but I can say that these are typically hardy plants (in my climate, at least).
I’m from the Philippines. I saw one surviving amidst the short grass in a farm-like plains. Possibly got there because someone threw it away.
It survived. I’m sure yours will, too.

I think it looks fine? I would tire the attend to a trellis or pole to keep them upright.

The plant looks great from here. If the base is getting soft and causing your stems to droop you might be watering it too much. I water my zz like once a month.

Looks over watered, could be dense soil, poorly draining pot/soil, or just watering too much. It will bounce back if you fix the issue though.

I suggest rotating the plant each time you water it. That way, the plant won’t be lopsided.

90% of the issues with ZZ plants is over watering. It is normal if you haven’t researched how the plant works. This plant can go literal months without needing water.
Look at the tubers. If they are hard and when you poke them they are not wrinkly you don’t water it.
