A few of my plants have developed these buggy guys and I could use advice on how harmful they are. Most of them are white mite looking things but some (the left arrow on second pic) are very small thin black with little wings, very small (couldn't get a clear picture of that one).
This plant seems to be unaffected for the most part, but the others on the shelf are not doing as well – it could be watering, light, but I want to rule out these jerks first, and then come up with an attack plan.

Those are greenfly and little shed white greenfly skins.
On a jade this size I’d just wash them off under the tap. So give him a bath. Repeat a couple of times over a few days.
Check any plants that were next to, or crucially above this plant though, as I wouldn’t usually expect greenfly to *start* on a jade if you know what I mean? Jade isn’t really their kind of snack. They’ll probably eat it if there’s nothing else but the only time my jade had greenfly they were falling off the chilli plant growing above it 🤣
