Why raise chickens in tunnels?
Have you ever seen chickens walking on overpasses? It would look like tigers in a zoo! Instead of letting them roam freely on lush green grass, people have designed galvanized iron mesh tunnels for them to move around.
The innovation you’re seeing is called a “chicken tunnel,” with one end directly connected to the chicken coop. This design not only prevents the chickens from wandering around and damaging crops but also protects them from predators. To save space, some farms have even elevated these chicken tunnels.

  1. One only big question for the entire video: how do you clean up all the poop? Really, they've done a tunnel for theese poop making machine near a pool. The first rainy day will be a nightmare for your entire life.

  2. Chickens benefit from being on pasture (grass). You can use mobile enclosures around your yard to rotate their location. Works very well.

  3. If you just keep a black chicken or two the birds of prey dont attack as they think theres a crow there
