My monstera had been slowly drooping and getting these brown marks.
I keep in my living area with immense indirect sunlight for entire day .
My gardener also puts some tiny balls every month in the name of fertilizer . I fear what if that’s doing something to it
I water it whenever the top layer looks dry

How long have you had the plant?

These brown crusty patches are often a mystery. I’ve come to the conclusion that they are simply old damage from edema. What doesn’t make sense is that they continue to grow. Antifungal doesn’t do anything.

Increasing light makes the most impact in my experience.

My monstera loves direct sunlight in the morning, they can handle it as long as you transition properly. IMO my leaves start looking droopy like that when not having enough sunlight.

What is the soil it’s planted in?
