  1. When you plan the posts around the tennis court, you should consider a gate that is wider than you think you might need. You never know when you might have to take the "Gator" through there for cleanup, etc.

  2. Exciting times at GA!!!! Can't wait to see the trampoline area come together! Benjamin and Samantha are so, so precious! Such good workers! Samantha is so cute, not liking the look of the corms. They looked like bugs to me Samantha…lol. First time I can recall you looking DONE for the day Laura. Hope you got some relaxation in the evening.

  3. Very nice…too bad it couldn't be over closer to the jungle gym area so all of the play type things are in the same area for the kids to utilize everything. Also, the grass is already in, so instant safety. Could use the grass you would have to dig up in another area… Just a thought… Are you liking the Dream Stream? Don't hear much about it, mainly the pond. Take care…

  4. All of your plans are really great, my suggestion would be to have no fence around your basketball court, let plants shrubs and trees catch the balls. It is a place for you as a family n to enjoy. Look out for the ball and don't be sloppy with delivery, it helps children to respect the game, the ball and the garden. But always have fun.🎉

  5. Please keep it open, dont put a fence, and make it cohesive. Everything tied to getter, flowing together, if I see Laura's plan. Plant some big evergreens 🌲.

  6. So fun watching you and all the excitement of new things and planting areas! One concern, with the hole for the trampoline…hopefully it will drain after a rain storm and not create a pond under it. Our soil, sometimes if you dig a hole, it just creates it's own pond, if you don't make a way for it to drain. Either that or a place to gather, so you can pump it out.

  7. I’m not a doctor, but your finger still being numb could be a sign of early carpel tunnel syndrome. I have it, and the three fingers that go numb, tingle and cramp are my thumb, pointer finger and middle finger. They especially act up after I’ve been pruning or use anything that vibrates like a pressure washer. Mine started around forty, but I did have issues when pregnant with my son at the age of 28.

  8. So exciting! Any thoughts about a covered seating area by the playland as a break for the sun or place for snacks with friends?

  9. I love my daily dose of your garden, the plans for the play area looks magical. One of my favourite parts is planing the pathway..oh and any size tree😂.
Once again seeing the children wanting to help is so heart warming, bless Benjamin showing us the plants even splitting them . They are a blessing.
    Take care xx xx xx

  11. I love seeing the kids follow your lead. It is exactly how God wants to teach his kids. We are enticed by his good works and the wonderful benefits that are sure to come, so we soon join him in those efforts. There is no coercion, just the desire to be near him and be like him.

  12. Great vlog Laura, loving how the children are so keen to help with the planting. Question: I have trouble pre sprouting ranunculus, can you plant them straight into pots/garden when dry, mine always go mouldy when pre sprouting? Help!

  13. Remember that when the kiddos are still little or children, you may want to have good line of sight from your home or main pathways to the concrete play court to have adults remotely supervise the play of the pair and their child-aged friends. A suggestion. Fence good but like I mention you may wish to think bout how you will cover the fencing to allow good sight lines if you do cover it at all.

  14. It's fun to see the process take shape. You and Aaron noodle it all out and remain flexible to make changes as needed. Very enjoyable to watch. Your helpers were terrific, especially Benjamin.

  15. Watching you map out the new pathways near the future home of the trampoline. I love it. Just a thought when your turning before and beside the berm, I think it would be lovely for some seating so family can watch them play and for a shady rest spot on the left side of the path for when they are playing. Oh, and I believe you can cut or buy smaller sections of chainlink. Looks great! ❤
