Please help, this hydrangea was a cutting off a family heirloom that was over 80 years old and I don't have access to the original.

I repotted it almost a week ago and it doesn't want to adjust.

The pot is a self watering one with a reservoir at the bottom but it gets a light spray daily to keep the top layer moist

The soil is pH 6, and the old soil was around 7, I've added some crushed eggshell to try and raise it.
I added some sand to help with drainage too, since the potting mix seems to be holding the water a bit too long.

It's under cover but it gets direct sunlight for at least 8 hours a day.

Any advice on how to save it before it dies would be greatly appreciated.
