She's my favorite plant but she hasn't been doing well since I repotted her in February 🙁 and now it looks like she has some infestation. Please help! 🙁
I water when the soil feels dry, once in 10 days or so and she sits in front of a big window with no direct sunlight!

Are the black spots on the underside? It looks like thrips damage
Looks like it could be thrips with the yellowing, deformed new growth, and little black spots. I’m dealing with them now too. Use systemic pesticides in the soil just to be safe, and spray with 1:1 rubbing alcohol (any %) and water then give her a good spray down with a shower head or other medium pressure water (make sure to cover soil if it’s been watered recently).
Really such a nuisance, but need to keep on it until new growth comes in normal (a few months). You can also go in with alcohol on a q-tip to spot-treat any bugs you can see.
That’s thrips for sure. Isolate that plant immediately from your others. Inspect your other plants. The abnormal growth, faded colouring and black spots (thrip poop) are indications of an infestation. Check the back side of all those leaves.
Neem oil will not be enough. You’re gonna need patience, perseverance, and way stronger chemicals/bugs to battle them. Monsteras are very prone to them
Thrips, if you have any other plants nearby, consider them also thrips food as well
Bonide granules for the dirt to get them from the inside out and for long term results. Neem does work for anything topical on the leaves and stems. Bonide kills everything that was imbedded in the leaf plus anything g that was in the dirt.
