I started working here and I was told that the person who had the position before me had left these two huge beautiful plants here in the office. My manager was debating throwing them away because they look a bit sad so I asked her to give me some time to see if I can turn them around and get them in better shape with some TLC. I’ve been caring for them for about 2 weeks now and they look much better than they DID, however, any tips on how to care for them better would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

The first one I’m not sure about, it might be a philodendron or a ficus, but it might need to be sprayed down by a general garden spray.

The second is definitely a Dracaena, so it will take a lot to kill. They’re resilient and love neglect!

They both like a lot of light, they can both be gangly. You might want to repot/refresh the soil, give everyone a good soak and clean off the leaves.

I think if you have decent light and don’t over water them you should be fine.
