Is this peace Lilly drama and saveable or nearing death? (Clearance find)
Okay so I've been wanting to add a peace Lilly for some time and I know they get dramatic when it's watering day but this looks a little sketchy…. but also new flowers are showing??? Should I buy?
She’s just a drama momma. Trim the yellowing leaves and water. She’ll be happy again.

I had mine outside for a frigid PNW dark winter. Shrugged it off like nothing.
Give it stable light, temp and water,.it’ll be back

Also just this time around, let her sit for hours in tepid water to make sure the compost has properly hydrated. Sometimes when they have dried out it is very hard to get the water to be sucked up.

I swear mine looks like this every other week lol. And I have brought it back from much worse!! I usually let the nursery pot soak in the sink for 10-30 minutes, then let excess water drain out before putting it back in its fashion pot. Within a couple hours it looks more alive and by the next day you’d never know how close it looked to death.

Dramatic af. Water and chop off that yellow leaf. She will be perked up before the end of the day

You need a bigger pot also. I started having to water mine every other day. Was root bound so I repotted and water once per week now.

Get a bucket of room temp dechlorinated water and plop the pot in it – just the inner pot. Let it soak for an hour or two, pull it out and trim off the yellow leaves. Let it drain well before you stick in back in that cover pot, if you’re wanting to use that. Can almost guarantee it will bounce back – the only thing that would keep it from doing so is root rot.

My dad always loved haggling these plants down to peanuts on the price tag and then nursing them back to health.
When mine gets like that I always say “she’s a thirsty bitch” and stick her in water. She’ll be good.

The Drama Queens of the plant world. I bought two from Walmart last year that were in the same shape as your post. I took a risk, repotted them one size up and they are doing great. I let them tell me when they are thirsty as the leaves start to slightly wilt.

After repotting and some water 💦
My two take more water than the rest of the plants combined. Not really…but they take a lot.
