I have 2 parlor palms that both look like this nowz originally they were the same plant. They were growing great until just before a recent move. It's still using water at a steady rate, using the same grow lights, and misting as often as before. Is it too cold? Too much light? Not enough light? Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you look closely, are there little white granules on the undersides of the fronds, or any fine cobweb-looking stuff on it? This is what my palm looked like when it got spider mites

Edit to add: if you do see them, I recommend HEAVILY spraying down the whole plant with a 50/50 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water, with a few drops of dish soap. Make sure to get the underside of the leaves, and keep it up for like a week. That’s gotten rid of them every time they ended up on my plants!

On picture number 2 on the 7th leaf down on the left side it looks like there is webbing, looks like spider mites. I am unfortunately dealing with them now and nothing has worked except predatory mites
