Just wondering where you would recommend chopping my FLF? The growth the last several months is almost like a different plant-very large and heavy leaves that is making it lean (I do rotate pot quarter turn once per week and shake it a few times per week).

My question is regarding the top chopped portion. That is definitely the healthier/nicer part of the plant. However I’ve never propagated something so large with so many leaves. However it seems a waste to toss away. Any thoughts? Thank you fellow plant lovers!!

  1. I wouldn’t chop, it’s so gorgeous!
But if you do wanna chop: to propagate I would remove all the leaves and put the trunk into water and wait, wait, refill the water or change it if it’s smells, wait, wait some more, think it’s gone but don’t give up, wait, and then roots will start popping (:
