Does this look like mites?

I have quite a few violets that are starting to look like this at the crown. Bunched up crowns, curled leaves, some have brown spots. They are all under t5 light and are kept in ambient humidity and temps. I can figure out why they're starting to grow so small.

It's either that or fertilizer or cold problems. I've just started a new fertilizer at 1/4 strength and I water wick all my avs. I live in wisconsin and they're kinda close to a window. I just can't seem to pinpoint what these idiots problems are!

Any ideas?
