I have two monstera adisonii that I got as propagated cuts and leaf by leaf they turn yellow/gray / brown.

They are in south window, I water when the soil is dry through the plant, I put liquid monstera fertiliser once a month, I checked the roots and they seem fine.

Could the problem be too much sun?

The small one has the leaf unfurled for quite some time and it is very weak and floppy. The big one is stronger, but is still loosing leaf by leaf.

Please help!

the issue could possibly be the soil? i can’t really tell from the pics but from what i can see i don’t believe it’s chunky enough! for my adansonii (and most of my houseplants) : 1 part fox farm potting soil 1 part perlite 1 part horticultural charcoal and 2 parts small orchid bark! this soil mix has made my plants thrive 🙂 especially ones (like monstera) that are very prone to rot!
you may also want to see if it needs a smaller pot! if there is significantly more soil than there are roots, try potting him into a smaller nursery pot!
also you could move him a few inches/a foot away from the window if you think he’s getting too much light! plant issues are always a pain, trial and error and a guessing game 🥲
