This was our experience with ONE greenhouse. They did refund our money in full, but they only refunded a portion of our money citing damage. We made an immediate call to Amazon to let them know hey we sent photos with the damaged parts with our return claim. They took a few minutes to check out the information, and refunded the rest of the money right away. You may need to make a call to Amazon to have them do this too should you buy a greenhouse that is damaged.

Hope that pesky ground hog can't burrow to far under your future fence! You made the right decision on the green house but sorry you lost so much time in sending it back. Very frustrating …I would probably go for a diy one in the future, then you will have want you want….
I would've sent it back also, sorry this happened. But I think the fence will be a great second option to keep that little furry thief out of the garden. 😂😂
