🍫 Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
¾ cup (180 ml) non-dairy milk
1 scoop (17 g) vanilla protein powder (optional)
3 tbsp (18 g) cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
300 g (about 1 ½ cups packed) ripe bananas
20-40 g (approx. 1-2 large or 5-6 small) soft pitted dates, soaked if needed; adjust sweetness to taste
1/4 tsp pure vanilla powder or vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
🍊 Creamsicle Ice Cream
1 cup (138 g) fresh or frozen mango chunks or peaches
200 g (1 cup packed) ripe bananas
½ cup (120 ml) non-dairy milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) or 1/4 tsp pure vanilla powder/vanilla extract
½ tsp orange zest
20-40 g (approx. 1-2 large) soft pitted dates, soaked if needed; adjust sweetness to taste
🌿 Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
¾ cup (180 ml) non-dairy milk
3 tbsp (23 g) raw cashews, soaked until soft if using a regular blender
200 g (1 cup packed) ripe bananas or cooked and cooled Japanese sweet potato
⅓ cup packed (16 g) fresh spinach
7 g (¼ cup packed) fresh mint leaves
60-80 g (3-4 large) soft pitted dates, soaked if needed; adjust sweetness to taste
½ tsp (2 g) pure mint extract (not mint flavoring or essence)
3 tbsp (or more!) dark chocolate chips or chunks (mini chocolate chips work great)
