I repotted my FLF 2 weeks ago and it seems to be really struggling. Lost a lot of leaves and it looks really sad. I last repotted approx 3 years ago and it never reacted like this. Does it look like normal transplant shock or is there other issues I may need to address?

Yes when the roots get damaged this can happen, they will need to re establish over time. You may lose a lot of leaves and a chop may be needed. Taking care of roots during reporting is paramount to prevent this.

Much more light, it was already a bit weary judging its leaf density.

Did you loosen the roots while repotting? Damaging the roots can do this.
