So, I noticed my plant was looking weird and decided to look at its stem. It looks dead… The soil was super wet, I guess I over watered it π
The leaves look fine but they're "too soft".
Is it really dead? If not, what should I do?

Itβs definitely still alive and salvageable!
Read about repotting African violets with a neck, or the decapitation method. Mine looked almost exactly like this and a year later is thriving. I was worried, but I also took a few cuttings and now have a healthy mother plant and a few more for security.

Iβve brought back trailers in this condition before. Itβs still salvageable.
