Anyone know whats going on here? This seemed to be doing good for a bit there and then it took a turn downhill again. I water when the soil is dry about every 2 weeks. Its also on a "pebble tray" for humidity. Like i said it was happy for a few weeks then it started looking sad again.

If it’s getting adequate light, every two weeks seems like a long time. It looks like it’s thirsty, and african violets don’t like to completely dry out. Try bottom watering closer to every week & see if it improves.

The pot may be a bit big. Also, pebble trays don’t really do much outside of a closed terrarium or a greenhouse cabinet or something. The humidity just disperses.

Is it newly potted? Is the soil moist? If so, put it in a ziplock bag, blow air and close. This will create a humid space like a greenhouse. Open and air out if too much condensation. After a month it should be well rooted and new growth in the center should be visible.
