No. You need to harden them off to full sun. I spend the last week of April/first week of May carrying my plants in and out of the greenhouse to harden them off.

Just place them under the east side of a tree to harden off.
As the sun rises, they will get sun, but it will be shaded after an hour or two when close to the trunk.
Each day, move a little further away from the tree so they get more sun exposure.
