Stumbled on this sub recently, and looking for advice on where to chop. Got so tall we had to move it to the stairs and tie it so it doesn’t fall over. Probably 4 years old no soil change ever, and sits in it’s water at the bottom of pot. Trying to go for the thick tree branch look.

As far as aesthetics go, I’d personally chop where you have the blue arrow

Blue for sure. I chopped mine too close to the top and it just grew back! I read that you should chop through the woody part. Did that, and now have 4 new stems. Good luck!
