The ceramic container doesn't have holes on the bottom. If it helps, I'm in McGregor tx so I don't think I can leave them outside.

    It’s called lucky bamboo (it’s actually a type of dracaena, not bamboo lol) and it’s extremely easy to care for. I keep mine in a vase with just water near a window with indirect sunlight for years and it’s doing great. Literally just keep them in water and in an area with indirect sunlight and they’ll be fine!

  2. Also, tried google, is this clumping bamboo or running bamboo? How often does it run and is it easy to catch? (Sorry, couldn’t help myself.)
