Someone left this bamboo by the dumpster. Luckily I grabbed it before the sun came up and cooked it. How do I take care of it? They seem to be dying only on the halfway point and there’s baby stocks popping up as well. I have a black thumb, all advice is helpful.
The ceramic container doesn't have holes on the bottom. If it helps, I'm in McGregor tx so I don't think I can leave them outside.
It’s called lucky bamboo (it’s actually a type of dracaena, not bamboo lol) and it’s extremely easy to care for. I keep mine in a vase with just water near a window with indirect sunlight for years and it’s doing great. Literally just keep them in water and in an area with indirect sunlight and they’ll be fine!

Also, tried google, is this clumping bamboo or running bamboo? How often does it run and is it easy to catch? (Sorry, couldn’t help myself.)
