I would start with a lot more water. Those plants look thirsty 💦. I would move the top right plant further back to reduce sun exposure. The purple leafs are a sign of stress. Hopefully other redditors will have more insights.

You’ve effectively created a stone oven. Heat-tolerant plants, and/or insulated pots with large capacity to keep roots cool is a must.

You have to acclimate plants to.full sun, it takes several weeks

Def sun burnt and dehydrated 🙁 When you want to acclimate plants to be outdoors you start inside with indirect sunlight. Then slowly, over weeks move it closer and closer to a sunny window until it can handle it all day.. Then start taking it outdoors for an hour in the shade, then a few more hours etc Then move it to a sunnier spot etc until it’s in it’s forever home.. Its A LOT of work but it’s necessary. Some plants tolerate it better than others and can acclimate faster. Do your research on each plant and see if they thrive in YOUR environment outdoors.

Either you’re watering less or plants receiving less sunlight.

I try to water my outdoor potted plants every morning, unless they’re still wet. They dry out so much faster outside with the sun and wind. Just make sure there is drainage holes in those pots so they’re not sitting in water either

I recommend a plant light app. That way you can measure your light there then shop for the perfect plant! Plant Light Meter http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/apple-store/id1213431133?mt=8
A water meter may also help. Plants in fuller sun will dry out much much quicker than in the home. And a little Superthrive to avoid transplant shock too.

First set your priorities straight, you can’t even remember to water or whether who does it & when.
Plants grown outside in container-pots should be hardy for elemental exposure. It seems that You also need drought-tolerant plants.
So I would suggest: Croton and Coleus.
BOTH are low-maintenance, drought-tolerant, and hardy to sun, wind, and heat.
BOTH offer vibrant colors which increases the curbside appeal of your house.
🪴 Good Luck! 🪴

I have a spot out front that gets direct sun. The dirt is absolutely devoid of nutrients, it faces south/southwest-ish, there’s nothing to break up the sun.
Petunias work very well, as do geraniums. I have to water daily. Even then it’s usually half a season and then they’re done. My salvia do very well there every year. This year I’m going to add succulents because my neighbor had good luck with them. I’ve also used lilies in the past. They’ve now spread and I can’t make it stop. I’ve had lavender there for about 5 years but I’m pretty sure it’s just dried herb at this point – like it doesn’t die or drink and there is no new growth. Like, ever. I’m going to add cone flowers this year as well.

I would put them on stands. I had an aloe plant that burnt to a crisp . When I touched the planter it was hot! It’s not just sunlight, it’s heat.
I’d cheat and put some artificial plants among the real. That way if the real don’t flourish at least the artificial look good.

Put them where there is someth weing shade.pop The front of the house, If you haven’t had any luck,.get a yucca plant. Push comes to shove, buy artificial flowers. Guaranteed to live, hahaa.
I do sometimes, just for the sake to have flowers that will not grow here They may last a few months. My sister’s get hydrangeas after they die, and dries on the bush.,…then she spray paints them. (Neighbors always wonder how they live so long) She lives where there is HOA. shhhh, they can’t tell. lol. I’ve done this many many years. Different kinds of flowers. Hey, it’s fun! 😁🌹🌼🐝🌱🌿🪴
