There was a large monstera in a grey pot, and I separated it into two plants a year ago. Ever since the larger one was repotted, it has barely grown.
Now that it has started slowly growing, the leaves are droopy and do not look healthy.
Any advice on what may be causing? Is it the pot too big or small?
Also the soil is a potting mix with perlite and organic soil and fertilizer.
I water them once every two weeks and the plants faces indirect light from a south-facing bedroom full length windows.

Drooping usually means it is thirsty, but also needs more light than a zz does so maybe it isn’t getting enough of that either?
