If the house is too dark, why not get an electrician in to install lights throughout? Add floor, wall and table lamps and problem of darkness is solved! I say this because I saw only 1 small hanging light in the living room that was woefully inadequate.
Oh I feel so sorry for them about the issues they went through on the love it build. Loved the 6 bed Phil showed them with all the land.
They did an amazing change with little money. Phil showed them great houses and I am happy they will list and have the courage to move
Decluttering, cleaning, painting and general upkeep can help a home function better and feel more expansive!

I don't understand why Kirstie didn't put the gym at the front of the garage instead of the back.
Most USA home businesses have front or side entrances so you don't have to walk through other parts of the house
Loved this episode! Kirsty's budget stripped to 10% of homeowners original anticipated spend?… Wow! Agree with earlier comments, what one can achieve in just decluttering and doing essentials! Agree with Kirsty – "I've always wanted to do a project with bare minimum spend, and see what happens". Just goes to show what's necessary in effort and money to achieve great result to "List"!❤❤❤

Amber reminds me of Counselor Deanna Troi (Marina Sirtis) from Star Trek. She sounds so much like her!!! His spooders were beautiful 😍
